Green creamy soup

  • 1 cup veggie stock
  • about 1/2 zucchini
  • 1/2 broccoli
  • 3 big handfuls of kale/spinach
  • 1/2 onion
  • small parsley
  • black pepper,curry,ginger,paprika

Grate the zucchini. Chop up parsley ,broccoli and onion into small pieces.Saute all of the veggies.
Add them to the stock and cook until they soften. Blend everything and add spices. Cook for a few more minutes.
